No, but most people tend to prefer things to stay the same so it is daunting when things change, whether they want it to be or not.

Not necessarily - it's SUDDEN changes that irritate me - gradual change is the way I like to go! But, think of one change - years ago, there were manual typewriters - no computers. Where would we be now without this change? I believe changes are good if you have time to absorb them before they come into effect.

No, it all depends on the attitude you face changes with... Probably you've heard before that in China the symbol used for 'change' is the same for 'opportunity'.
