Batista vs Khali vs Kane(Triple threat match) Khali takes advantage of the Batista bomb done to Kane. He throws Batista and gives Kane a two handed chokeslam.
Batista vs Khali: Khali gets disqualified therefore retains the title.
He gets title shots because almost every match he gets screwed. The only time he lost his title was at Wrestlemania 23 against the Undertaker.

First of all, he doesn't "get screwed", it's all part of the script, which is why we're tired of it, it's just not very entertaining seeing the same thing over and over again, especially someone as dull as Batista. What is going on with Batista and the title shots is just plain out of hand, it's like reading a book where every chapter only has one or two paragraphs different from the one before it, kind of annoying after a while, but I imagine the reading analogy is probably lost on you anyway, so you just keep thinking Batista is "getting screwed" by being paid very, very well to be a mediocre talent, but don't fret too long because Santa will be coming soon and you don't want to screw him by forgetting to put out the milk and cookies.

I am upset because there are other more talented superstars than Batista on Smackdown. He gets shot after shot and is a horrible wrestler, can barely move and has bad mic skills. Why not let someone else try for the title, and he wasnt screwed. Edge beat him fair and square every time they had a match. Not my fault Edge is a smart wrestler

Besides Rey Mysterio AND Kane, he is the best competion for the the World Heavyweight Championship, and you are right he has got screwed a bunch of times, but i think that his time is coming to be the World Heavyweight Champion at Unforegiven.

I think that everyone sees Batista getting so many title shots as getting a huge push--and they hate that, so therefore, they hate the one getting all the pushes in the (world that someone else could have).
I don't hate him for anything--I see this title shot after title shot as his neverending quest for the World Heavyweight gold is all.

Because with his title shot at Unforgiven, it'll be the 8th time.
Even if some matches were lost because the other guy cheated, doesn't mean he gets 8 in a row.
