on the 28th of Aug I had well.very very rough intercourse. No more than 5 hrs later i found kinda a orgasmic sensation in my urethra region..then i bled. Every time i peed it was pure pee...no blood then 5 seconds after my bladder was empty that sensation comes again and like 5-8 drops of blood come out. did that generally every time i went to the bathroom. Now it has subsided quite alot i think. The past 5 days were pretty nice...altho it bugs me still. 5 days ago i only bled the majority in the morning, then i didnt bleed at all the rest of the day and it did the same the next morning..after that ..i didnt bleed at all..it was just discharge and pee. it was like that for a day then i found a few drops of blood one time i went. Then it stopped and I didnt bleed at all for near 3 days and then this morning i bled a few drops. Everyone says its a UTI and it doesnt seem like it...since when i actually urinate its normal flow and doesnt hurt and that the blood is separate with my pee.

Urine is full of body wastes and things like germs that the body is trying to dispose of. If you have an open cut then you can let that stuff re-enter the body. So it is a very small stretch to think that an infection could be at fault.

I strongly suggest going to a doctor no matter what your phobia is. It is not an unrealistic one and if you tell the doctor about it he or preferably she will take extra care with you. A doctor's job is not just to cure and treat the patient, but to handle the patient with the care and respect they reserve.

Too many people are afraid of doctors. My father was a live long smoke and his fear of seeing a doctor killed him. Basically he had injured his lungs bad enough to reduce the amount of oxygen he would take in and it finally killed him. I don't think your life is in danger, but it could be and if you have had this problem for a while then the danger only increases.

Throwing sperm into the mix will only accelerate the problem; the sperm will try to enter the wound looking for an egg to fertilize. Sperm don't have much in thinking so they go where ever they are not blocked.

The only way to handle a fear is to confront it. Don't let your fear render you sterile, kill you or load you with a painful and dangerous infection. You wouldn't be writing here is you weren't concerned and the best way to treat that concern is to see a doctor. They are used to not being the favorite people of everyone so they will work with you to try and remove your fears if you only give them the chance, some warning, and a little trust.

If the problem was going to go away it would have done so already, so you need professional help.

Get over your phobia of doctors and get in to see one...this next week....preferably a Urologist. Your symptoms should not have lasted this long no matter how rough the sex is. Good news is it doesn't sound like it is life altering or threatening. BUT....the reason you need to see a Urologist is that you can form scar tissue from the rough sex and a tear there (in or at your urethra, and that could cause you permanent problems or problems down the road. I can see it and am not allowed to diagnose anything, but I can suggest the smart thing to do to save you trouble down the road. Urologists see all kinds of sexual trauma injuries, so be honest with the doctor on how it happened. They are there to help you and don't care how it happened....I promise....I used to work for a group of them. We were too busy to sit around talking about patients injuries OR it would have to be something WAAAAAAAAAY stranger than yours to talk about.

Drink a lot of Cranberry juice for a few days to aid in the healing of your Urethra (passage way that urine travels). About all you can do if it does not get better in four days, see a doctor. And for goodness sake leave the darn phone alone. If it is that important they will leave a message!

Well, fear is not a sufficent reason to avoid seeing someone about this. As it has contiuned for more than 5 days.
I personally had a kidney transplant which of course involves putting a hole in the bladder and attaching the urthera to it and it only had blood for 2 days.
This could be VERY serious and you should go see someone soon.

Good Luck

I don't understand what you are saying but I'll try to understand and help.

Your pee is seperate from the blood?? Is it from the vigina ? Either way you can 1. Call up the Doctors office and make an appt. 2. Ignor it in hopes of it going away.

I sugguest you do #1.

You could have vaginal tears or a bladder infection. The best way to check is to get a doctor's advice. I doubt the news will be that bad and you need to get over this phobia if you're going to live a long life.

If it was your first time, then you probably popped your "cherry". I don't know what it's really called. But, if it wasn't, you might want to go to the doctor, because you could have torn something.
