I do. It gives me a general sense of direction and acts as a good guide in identifying good people.
My mind filters facts to confirm or deny what my heart feels.

A person having a heart like a true compass? Wow! Let me know if you meet them. Our hearts are around too many magnets. The pin spins out of control. That's why so many people are lost. They have forgotten what true north was.

No, I don't. If my heart were a reliable compass... My life wouldn't the mess it currently is! *throws hands up in the air* I'm tired! I want out! Give me my blessed freedom, please! Stop playing games with me! I've never met a man that's more manipulative than you!

Wow, that is a tough one. I guess when it comes to my loved ones, I trust it to lead me anywhere & everywhere. But, with a person that I met about 4 years ago & that I thought was a trusted friend, it led me down a very bad path, so I have been reluctant to let it guide me with anyone new in my life.......but I am starting to learn to trust in it again :-)

I trust the Heart of me, which is my intuition, knowing, connection to God or all that is.
If you ask if I trust my emotional heart, definitely - no!!
This is fickle, reactive, needy, a naughty child, and needs to be disciplined.

They say to follow your heart, and I guess it's better than following your mind when it is out of whack. I am just following the light...
