empire, with a flowy bottom, so it gives the allusion of hips. i think. not sure. just a guess! -ME

Dresses that are fitted at waist, then flare out some or a lot over hips.
Body skimming [ not too tight ] sheath dresses also look great.

Something with an empire waist will really look nice. It creates a waist for you because of the seam.
