Get the 25 from Dublin city centre (Westmoreland Street) and ask the driver about where to get off

It's the sort of place people often arrive at in helicopters - I doubt they have many guests arriving by bus.
The 25 bus does not go quite as far down Lock Road as Finnstown House so you will have to either walk the last bit or get a taxi.

I went to a wedding there about 8 years ago, but I had a lift to it. Why don't you ask at the hotel when you get there?
