Talk to someone that you feel comfortable with in expressing your feelings. Keep yourself busy with reading a magazine ( a novel maybe too in depth), go out with friends to a movie, or go for a walk & enjoy the fresh air, But, it would of been more helpful if you had provided specifics as to " what should I do now" ? This question can mean many things. But, I hope that I was able to help some.

Dear Free Hugs,
If you really want to give from your heart, just do this and out all your love in doing it.
Make a dinner, just one delicious dinner and go out to the beaten down side of the town and give it to the first hungry, homeless person you see. Just make sure that today you fast.
Now imaging if you were the mother of that person you just fed and say to your self,' Thank You for doing this for my Son/daughter"
