You can never get an aqueous oxide! Only a hydroxide.

Na2O + H2O -----> 2NaOH.

Dissolve sodium oxide (Na2O) in water and sodium hydorxide is formed(NaOH).

Na2O(s) + H2O(l) = 2NaOH(aq).
