This is one of my favorite books of all time. Ignore what your friend told you, get the book and read it. You won't regret it. Currently, I'm re-reading it, and it still makes me laugh out loud.

If this is your homework or something, do it yourself. Sword in the stone is a long book to be describing to someone

Sure.
There's a sword in a rock, some guy draws it and becomes king. He is king for a long time but is betrayed and dies in the end.

If you want more detail than that, read the book yourself.
