yup, I do it all the time, well I used to, and I got tired of it. The more you know the person longer, the best you can tell their sign, for example a family member or a friend. That is how it was proved to me that astrology and horoscopes are 100% true. i'm talking about the sun signs btw.

No you can't. Horoscopes can give you an idea. But each person is different, so they may not be the same way.

You can tell what their star signs are like - but unfortunately not their personalities. Each star sign has very different characteristics - it doesn't mean all who have the same star sign are to have the same characteristics. This can differ from their personalities, which makes them original from the rest.
Astrology can only go so far.

you can tell about a person if you take into account their sun, moon, and rising signs combined. i do this for all of my friends/family and their significant others. i usually guess correctly a person's sign after having a conversation with them for a couple minutes.

No. It's not accurate. It's superstitious thinking. Not logical at all.
You can tell a person's personality by their actions. You'll always be ahead of the game if you know this one.

Nope. Even if you have someone's complete chart you will only see tendencies and trends. The only way to really know someones true character is to observe them over time.
