In my house it's like a seen from a Hitchcock movie! There hundreds outside the window bumping into the glass. I must of killed 40 already tonight. I been chasing them around with a vac. in some sort of aerial dogfight! I'm keeping an eye on the fire place!

There is plenty of habitat for them, it wouldn't be possible to deign them of it around here. It's been a lot worse this year by far!

There must be a source in your immediate neighborhood. Are your neighbors all having the same problem? Try removing the source and you don't have to do it yourself. Call the city's/states Vector Control. They are in charge of Mossie abatement and might come out and spray your neighborhood for free. It worked for me. Of course I am from CA. and I think that you might be from Aus. I am not even sure that they have vector control there.
A broad sweep of the surrounding grounds of your neighborhood to get rid of standing water will cut down on the critters and you can buy mossie eating fish and water treatment products that will make it impossible for them to breed. I have found that the bug lights draw more of the monsters than they kill. Good luck
