Of course you go to jail in this police state, however, I want to know if one gets caught possessing it, do they give the penalties by weight like marijuana, and if so, do they use the same weight scale as marijuana.

When I last checked hash was an illegal drug.The penalties would most likely be the same.

i believe hashish is another name for marijuana in north Africa. so what ever laws apply to mary jane apply to hash.
