Hi all
i was at work recently and i showed my female work-mate all the bottles of water that i had drank during this 8 hour shift (must of been like 5 bottles of water!) and she replied 'that is why you have nice skin' and i said thank you (what a lovely compliment!) and she said 'i havent though, my skin is all blushy'
Question(s)...
1. For her to say that, do all women notice guys with nice skin?
2. Was that a sign of flirting? Does she feel attraction to me?

Well, she may be flirting with you, or she may just notice your nice skin and commented on it. If you like her, then instead of trying to interpret her actions, ask her out, then you will know if she is interested or not.

No, she is not attracted to you, she just gave you a compliment of having nice skin and the reason being drinking a lot of water. There is nothing more, don't expect anything more.

this in its self is not enough to know if she fancies you or not, its small things like that added up, that would give you a better insight into that
if shes never done it before id say no shes not attracted to you
and until she does anything similar again dont go assuming she does,
some people are just nice and as said by one person above maybe you do have really nice skin and she just mentioned it in passing
she could still be flirting,
you dont need to fancy someone to flirt, flirting is just something we do,its fun, its in our nature and it makes both parties feel good but it doesn't necessarily mean shes serious or fancies you
women do notice guys with nice skin because men have harder stronger coarser skin than we do and its usual that men look like that and for a man to have good smooth healthy skin is something we notice
some women do find it attractive but not all ,so its always a small possibility she does and thats why she said it
obviously as i dont know her i cant say for sure why she said it but thats some possibilities

She was probably joking, but she just wanted to get in a jab and make you think she was serious. She also could have been completely serious, but disguised it as a joke. It would be easier to tell if I actually heard how she said it, and if I knew whether or not she joked like that a lot. I know I used to joke around with the guys at work that way. I was never serious about actually doing it, but then again, I wasn't a married woman going through problems, I was a single gal playing games. The guys all knew not to take me seriously. I would just assume she is joking and forget about it. Even if she is serious, you shouldn't want to get involved with her and her issues anyway.

It was just a compliment dude. Women probably do notice that stuff but are unlikely to base an attraction on it.

It is hard to tell, you be nice next time you see her, see if she goes out of her way to see you, talk to you. But don't assume anything, because that can be a big let down.
Just be friends and see what happens.

most of us notice everything. you must have great skin for her to pay you a compliment like that but, i wouldn't think of it as flirting.
