The specs for the original Enterprise (NCC 1701) indicate is was to be about 288 meters long.
This makes it about 65% as long as the Empire State Building is tall (including the spire).
Or about 85% the length of the real USS Enterprise (US Navy).
I can't find specs on the full-size length of the Enterprise in TNG, sorry.

Just by looking at it, if you are wanting the size in the series and not in real life, I would say it is 50 or more stories high, and around half a mile in length.

I wouldn't really know for sure, but the Enterprise is pretty big. It's basically a small city

It's entirely possible that such a ship does exist. Somewhere in the great big universe it is entirely possible that a race exists who has mastered the technologies required to build a star ship capable of FTL travel. Moreover, who's to say that the ship isn't more or less analogous to a Constitution Class Starship? So, unlike the Atheists and Agnostics in your question, I will not categorically state that no such ship exists, only that I do not know where or if such a ship exists. The Atheists in your question have a very specific religious belief ... namely that God does not exist. I have no such belief regarding FTL capable spacecraft.

Hi. I would compare it to the Assembly Building at the space center. Our largest craft to date was assembled inside and the Enterprise would give it a good scale.

A doghouse. Not a jail. An actual doghouse. Actually, even that would be too big. To save money, the studio built a really tiny toy ship (like the "scale" models you can buy) and used camera angles to make it look big; they did not build a life-size one.

Based on the only site I could find that lists sizes, the NX-01 is (with the newer Enterprise shown for comparison):

..... ..................NX-01 ............. NCC-1701
Length: ...........225 m ..................289 m
Width :............. 136 m ..................130 m
Height: ...............33 m .....................67 m
