Yes its possible..but to hate? I dont hate,, I ponder why I love him so much. Never a hateful discussion between us. I have some thoughts but never hateful. You love so much that sometimes thats all you can think of. I hate that part of it and know I should get a life.

Love has many facets, levels and degrees. Its polar opposite, hate (which is a very strong word which I never use lightly or often) is the exact same. In other words, it too has many facets, levels and degrees. Sometimes, the two 'emotions' are in such turmoil that the wind up clashing, like a stormy sea...beautiful in a sense but terrible to behold.
How's that?

Because love and hate are on the same big wheel. You go too far one way and you start going down the other side.

In order to actually feel hate, you have to be emotionally invested in some way. And usually the strongest hate is spawned from the deepest love.

This implies that love and hate are the same thing. I think the question is about interpretation and expression.

They make one whole. Love and hate together is one whole feeling. When you love some, you hate them at some times, but still at other times you love them.

When you think about it it actually makes sense. We care deeply about people we love, and so that makes it possible for them to hurt and piss us off very deeply. You don't really get pissed off or hurt by people you don't care about, now, do you? I mean, if some random schmuck I don't really care about did something mean to me then I wouldn't give a f*** because who cares?
In conclusion, the more you love somebody, the more they can hurt you. Yet, they also have the potential to make you equally as happy. Isn't that ironic?
