I recently partnered with a web hosting company and formed http://408ez.com which offers free web hosting and more! You can type in your heading: (between the and ) and your web page will be free from advertizing. Of course, if you want more space or to download more than it allows you can pay a small amount each month. But, it's the best free site I know of, and I've been using this company for about seven years! I have listed awesome websites that have free tools that I've used (tool links). So, please check it out!
