1) They have various accounts, under the same name usually.
2) They use these accounts to violate guidelines.
3) Sometimes they pick on particular users to consistently report abuse on.
4) Some of the more famous ones are Skinhead Charlie, $mitty and Tom J.
5) You can tell who they are, because they ask questions that feature swearing and often child/animal abuse.

They are anally retentive and stop the rest of P&S having fun, unfortunately having lost so many friends who have disappeared to resurface as someone else and others shutting down their Q&A's and contacts they are being allowed to win.

People who sign up for various different accounts and use different usernames to basically come onto forums like this to abuse people - basically they are not very nice people. They get reported their accounts deleted and they then sign up for another!
