Nobody did. Saddam tried to buy yellow-cake in Niger. In spite of Joe Wilson's continuous lies about it, it is ignorant to say that his report didn't conclude that in the first place. The forged document from the French only fools the ignorant that it didn't happen.

It's amazing the lengths the wingers will go to convince themselves(because they know no liberals buy this b.s.)that the war in Iraq is a legitimate defense against a threat and in retaliation for 9/11.
