of course everyone has a right to their opinion but Alstott overated? Come on a guy who would tie cars to his body and pull them to strengthen his body.....heart of a lion....this guy...He was the best!.....Love ya Mike

Disappointed? Yes ... He has slowed down the past year or so before the injury but thats' because he wasn't played as much by Gruden.

I've missed his presence on the field. Just being dressed and available to play was intimidating to other teams. Couple that with the moral boost he offers the team (which he can still give now), that kind of effect on the team was priceless.

Yes. He has been a great running back for a long time. I would have liked to have seen Him go out on His own terms.
NFL network, had a special on a couple of weeks ago, top ten power backs of all time. Alstott, was # 10.

As a Bucs fan, i am ....he is the heart and soul of the Bucs and will be sorely missed.

yes, my girlfriend absolutely hates it. I am more a fan of true fut-ball, not the American version. she was a "BUCS cheerleader from '77-"79".
