for the New Dr Who I would vote for The Master- I loved John Simms version-I but I wish we could have seen more of Derek Jacobi's before he regenerated ( long time Sir Derek fan) and Capt Jack & Rose of course
For Classic Who- Ace, Leelya, and Davros
