Have a talk with him and tell him you like him. If he is interested give him your number. If he likes you he wouldn't except the number. You could also have a friend talk to him and have her or him tell the guy that you wanted him to know but you felt awkward in saying it yourself.

I hate to say this..but do not give him your number. I have seen this too many times. A number gets passed around like a prize and next thing you know, you are getting calls from perfect strangers. If you really are interested, then you be the brave one and go talk to him. He just might be sweating over how he could approach you too. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Phone numbers can be exchanged once you're both comfortable enough doing so.

guys are easy to play, just talk to him about anything any thing at all, then tell him you would love to hang out with him sometime and he should call you and hand him the #. some guys though are to scared to just call a girl so ask for his #, i see nothing wrong with that..

If he likes you and is as young as you might be make him feel secure, like, "I bet if you call this number a friendly voice would answer" and give him your cell number
