They celebrate it just like everyone else. Why do you think they are any different than other people?

Hispanics celebrate Halloween the same day everyone else does--October 31.

However, the holiday you're thinking about is November 2, All Souls Day, known as Dias de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in Mexico. It has some spooky death images like Halloween, but it's a day to remember and honor one's dearly departed, and to acknowledge death in general, and even maybe to laugh at it.

Quite a few Hispanics in the USA acknowledge or celebrate Dia de los Muertos.

At least in Puerto Rico we celebrate most of the US holidays, plus we have our own days. So, people who celebrate Halloween (some people don't celebrate it for religious reasons) do so on October 31st.
