This neighbor of mine keeps on coming at my family and I for burning some wood in the back of our yard, and after constantly yelling at us she now completely spies on us and we have caught her with a camera taking pictures of us, etc. Is this legal?

This is what I think. She feels very much offended with you burning wood on your backyard. She's probably sick of the black residues that's being deposited on her side. She may have gone to the city hall to complain about you, and city hall may have advised her to show proof by pictures. I will avoid burning firewood in her knowledge and checked with the city hall if there's any ordinance disallowing it. Different cities are different.

I dont neccessarilly understand for particular whether that's criminal or no longer yet certainly i think of that's against the regulation.. using fact purely like importing movies to youtube, u could have whoever is in its permission..shooting of somebody is spying and stalking and those are illlegal.. and eating underage could decrease to rubble your strategies using fact thats why u could be 18 using fact while your youthful your no longer totally developed.. :) so yeah desire i helped and good success... or maybe u can attempt to speak on your neighbor and tell him your no longer confortable with him doing that kk good success :D

Don't burn wood, that just pollutes the air more and more. If your neighbor takes pictures, that's ok if it is not intrusive onto your property. If you aren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about. If you aren't supposed to be burning wood, then you should worry.

If she has to take extra measures to take the picture then she is breaking the law. For example if she puts up a ladder to see over a fence or has to crawl through a hedge to get the shot.

There is no law against her photographing you as long as it isn't through a bedroom window and she is not on your property.

Usually in cities you need a permit to burn!

I would think not, but one never knows what's allowed by the Patriot Act. It probably is allowed so long as she says that she thinks you are terrorists.

Take a restraining order out on her.
That'll stop it.
