(Let's just assume that Senator Craig was in fact making "advances" in the men's bathroom of the airport)
A lot of people are saying he's not gay. But wouldn't you have to be at least bisexual to ever be sexually involved with a member of the same sex? Can someone really be THAT bored and desperate? It just doesn't make sense that a straight guy would ever do anything sexually with another guy. What do you guys think?

As anyone can see, being gay still caries negative stereotypes in the USA...especially for older people and people in politics (and MORE so with conservatives). Many people over they years have tried to hide their homosexual preferences by getting married. Sometimes, they're trying to lie to themselves; sometimes they're trying to lie to the public. Personally, I believe I know 2 married people who are gay...not that they'd admit it.

Would he HAVE to be bisexual? Not really. We don't know if he and his wife have any real sex life. There are also some people who consier themselves straight, yet have "encounters." (I don't get that one, but I've heard of it.) However, he probably is bixexual...or somewhere on the "plane of sexuality" moving away from the "fully straight" side.

Does it matter to Replblicans? Probably. But he said he's going to try to stay in office...so we'll see soon enough!

You usually have to be old and your sex life is leaving you and your wife is old, fat and not appealing. I think you have to have some gay thoughts in your mind for years and after you get old you want to keep trying to see if you can get that sex life back. I've heard men say ,"If I could find a woman that could bring my sex life back to me, I'd get a divorce marry her and give her anything her hearts desires. But, the Congress has wives and they can't get a divorce it would create a scandal so they hit on men. I haven't figured yet with him which way he would want them to do to him or him to do them. I wonder about that all the time when this type off situation happens.

Senator Craig did not do anything. He did not make a pass at anyone. He did not have sexual relations with anyone. I don't see how he can be gay. The fact that he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor tells me the police officer knows how to manipulate people who are scared.
People have confessed to crimes before, that they did not commit.

He is gay and has been for years. His closet is just big since he is or was a senator.
