well, it is probably the heat. I live in arizona, and ive felt like that a lot also. the best thing to do is drink as much water or propel as you can. like try to finish a 12 oz bottle every half an hour for a day or two. your will have to pee a lot, but it helps.
good luck!

What do you mean by lately?? Every day, week? On very hot days I get nauseated, or sometimes just suddenly. Ever since I've been a child I feel like throwing up once in a while, my doc says it's nothing serious. However, I don't wanna scare you but in some cases, causes might be due to stomach bacteria, viruses that if not handle earlier can be life threatening. Go see a Dr.

Do you drink enough water? you mat be dehydrated. Do you eat fast food or food that can get bad if in the heat? Dont eat fried food or raw fish. It can collect lots of bacteria. Get lots of rest for the next week and drink water and see how you feel. If that doesnt work then see a doctor.,

Listen to the RN down below but also be careful to check and make sure that it is not something environmental such as a gas leak in your home. Some people die after complaining of nausea and lightheadedness for days prior...

I suspect you mean you feel queasy alot. Heat and low blood pressure can make you feel that way especially on an empty stomach - when you feel that way eat a cracker of a biscuit - something dry and the feeling will ease. Also some tea with lots of sugar (no milk) will help make you feel better.

I suspect you are dehydrated. Get some propel fitness water and drink at least 2 quarts a day while it is hot.

Could be anything or nothing. Wait and see. If it persists for more than 5 days, go get checked.
