Bungals are head & shoulders the reigning lowlifes in the NFL & aren't about to change anytime soon. Seeing as they can't play worth a crap, they might as well lead the league in some area. Gee Palmer was healthy last season & they struggled to finish 8-8 & they'll be lucky to finish that well this year.

Cincinnati Bengals. They averaged more than one arrest per month last year from a 53 man squad. Pretty impressive.
But if you're talking about downright playing nasty, the Denver Broncos offensive line has been accused for years of illegal chop blocks that end careers.
