I think this question is pointed more towards the younger crowd here on Answers, but I will still go ahead and respond.
I don't look down on those who do not party. I sometimes look down on those who do.
I don't disaprove of those who party, only those who do so in excess. To party is to have fun, to meet people and get together with your friends, blow off steam and relax. There isn't anything wrong with going to a party. It only becomes wrong or bad for one when it is taken to excess.
I don't look down on those who don't party, but I do hope they find other ways to relax, meet friends and get together with their current friends. It is just as unhealthy to not have an avenue to blow off steam, relax and just let your hair down than it is to do so in excess. Everybody needs something to take them away from the responsibilities of life for a short period of time, to forget your worries and just have a good time.
As we age and more responsibilities pile onto our plates it becomes ever more difficult to find ways to relax, unwind, and put off the drugery of life. Each age group needs to have something of a light nature goodtime to ease the daily stressors of life. When all we do is work and take care of others we will quickly burn out and then we are no good to ourselves let alone anyone else.
So, it is only in excess which I look down on those who party, and I only look down on those who don't if they don't have any other activities to relax and just enjoy life for a bit without worry or responsibilities.

This one made me laugh! I absolutely DO NOT look down on anyone who doesn't "party" because I don't do this either, at least not anymore. I haven't done this in years!! I also try very, very hard to not judge anyone for any reason.

Depends on why they don't and how they act about it. If they think partying is 'wrong', and that they are superior to others because they don't, then I don't see them in a good light. If they don't because it simply isn't their lifestyle, or they are honestly pursuing higher aspirations, while not looking down on others, then I respect them greatly.

Nope, I am not a partier, nor have I ever been. So I don't look down on others that choose to or not to do it.
