Ok so it has been put to Kate McCann that she "accidentaly gave poor wee Maddie a fatal overdose"...blood spots at the window and in the family hire car !! If it was an overdose..where's the blood coming from?

If she accidentaly broke her neck.."wheres the blood coming from?

If there is blood then surely it must come from some sort of physical attack and I just don't get these kind of vibes from this family.

Also if it was an accident..Why would she set up a fake abduction...
And if they did have maddies body in the boot of their hire car 25 days after the abduction..how did she get there?? The mccanns had press, family and friends with them at every moment. Where did they manage to hide her body while the searches where taking place
None of it adds up to me

I don't know who or what or how..but I honestly feel the McCanns are innocent of harming Maddie, but Very guilty of allowing this abduction to happen. DOES ANYONE else feel the same

Its good to see someone willing to discuss this in as unbiased a way as possible...

I also have concerns about all the issues you have raised....how and why move a body after 25 days when journalists are following your every move?...why not before you call the police when you would have plenty of time....it doesn't make any sense at all.

and what now of Robert Murrat? he is still an official suspect, so they must have thought they had 'evidence' on him at the time.....and if the evidence is so damning against Kate McCann why is Robert Murrat still a suspect?

I have no idea...i just know it doesn't add up at all.

I don't know what is going on but I do know that I had a bad feeling about this and the parents possible involvement from day 1. Parents killing children is unfortunately not a new nor an uncommon thing. All parents know how trying young children can be and in this household there were 3 kids under four years of age - loads of room for stress there!

I feel very sorry for Maddie and the twins. I don't think Maddie is still alive and I hope she did not suffer. As for the twins, their life has been blighted too. What are Social Services going to do when they all come home? Even without the parents being suspects they are clearly guilty of neglect - that alone could leave them in a position to take the twins into care. What a mess! God bless the three children, especially the twins who have to grow up coping with all of this.

this has got to be one of the most strangest cases of child abduction/missing child that i have come across, my opinion was that she was alive, then dead, then alive and so on. it is unfortunate about the lack of information that the police over there give out and because of it the speculation that the papers have both here and there.

what evidence is there.

we are told in the papers yesterday that fluid from Madeline was found in a hire car that the McCanns hired 20 odd days after Madeline went missing, and today they say that that is blood but the police havent stated that in official terms and i think again that the papers are speculating, then we have the possibility that it may well be planted evidence, to cover what i can only see as incompetance on the part of the police, but are they being incompetant or is there way of working a good one who knows.

what we need to see is chronological evidence and statements about the day leading up to that evening, for example:

was Madeline seen during that day by people out side of the McCann family and friends?

what was the last time she was seen by a person out side of the family and friends?

if she was seen, how long before she was put to bed?

was any of the family and friends missing after she was put to bed for a significant time or where they all together all the time?

how long was it from when the McCanns last seen Madeline and the time of her dissapearence was discovered,

how did they discover she was gone did one of them just go and check or was it after they went back, so many questions and more that we have only been told about second hand and not by them directly.

i dont know what to think untill these questions are answered to the full.

what are the results from our police with regards to the forensics or are they bound by the same laws of secrecy because it is in a foreign jurisdiction.

whats all this about injections, were hyperdermics found

was the wall spattered in blood and cleaned with bleach, i dont care how good sniffer dogs are they wouldnt find blood half way up a wall not visible to the naked eye and cleaned with bleach.

they were under to much survellance by the press and the police to have moved the body after.

but if there was blood found in the car then it could have been transference.

broken neck, banged head, drugged,.
i realy dont know

cool customers i think (McCanns)
whats realy going on.
just to cool

Firstly, an overdose can result in internal bleeding which could cause maddie to bleed from her ears, mouth ect.

Secondly, having realised that she was dead and fearing being charged with manslaughter for administering someone so young with a sedative which resulted in death. They in the heat of the moment decided to hide the body somewhere and say she was abducted. Once the plan was in motion, there was no going back.

As for them moving the body 25 days later, it could have been that the search for maddie was somewhere too close to where they had hidden her and they decided her body needed to be moved. After a couple of weeks, the media frenzy died down alittle and so it could have been possible to move the body without being noticed.

These are all speculation but it is possible.

I dont get the vibes from this couple either dont believe they harmed there daughter in any way maybe the police are trying to wrap the case up because of so many people complaining that there isn't this much publicity for other missing children . all the parents want is there daughter back and I'm sure they regret leaving her that night and they are paying the highest price possible for that they cant feel any worse i just dont see the point in kicking people when they are already down. and as for maddies blood being in a hire car why dont they check out other people that hired that car im sure it wasnt sole use for the mccanns
God bless maddie wherever she is

No it does add up, because I believe in science and the evidence, not someone saying I'm innocent and having nothing to back it up. As for the blood, it could have come from her nose if it was do to an overdose of medications depending on the type that was used or as someone else said, if she hit her head. If you are questioning why all the set up, look up the name Susan smith. People are strange.

I feel exactly the same as you! I seriously don't think a mother would be that careless of giving an overdose, but however, I feel that it's their own fault that they left poor Maddie up in the hotel room when they're out somewhere else. I feel sorry for them, for Maddie's abduction and Kate being held up as the suspect.
I heard Kate mentioned the name of their close family friend who might have done something to Maddie.

Okay... no body, no toxicology, but..

In high-school had a guy got to respiratory arrest due to accidental mix of codeine and ETOH... he lapsed and blood came up during CPR. No Attack.

Not sure how blood appears 25 days post-disappearance either, nor how body could be transferred GIVEN the heavy press coverage.

I PRAY the McCann's are innocent... but I also look at the Colorado Kid case and can't be sure

All of this is hypothetical. I just wanted to say that.

There's a good possibility she bled when Kate injected her. Or maybe there was a struggle involved, if only for mere moments. After all, she's only a toddler, so it would not have been hard for Kate / Gerry to overpower her quickly. Sure, a three-year-old wouldn't have had a proper grasp that it was fatal, but no-one like injections, especially not little kids.

It may have been a physical attack; we can never be sure what it was, and i dont know what they would have done with the body but there could be a link with a person seen walking away with a child; she is small enough to be covered up in a blanket.

The reason they staged an abduction is to defelct attention away from themselves. If they are arrested, the kids will be taken off them and be put into social services. Their careers will be ruined too.

I dont think the DNA was planted either; they have something on the parents.
