i think i it is because i have a friend in logan utah, and that as all he does everyday. he was never outside. he blamed it on being sick, but everybody even his mom thinks he is obsessed with it. he does not even go to school. all he does is play that every day.

I believe that it can quickly become an addiction for people. It appears that your friend is addicted to playing/being on-line. It's time for his mother to cut the internet access. These types of addiction are just as real and destructive as addictions to drugs, alcohol and food!
