Find out what the problem is as to why your crying. Remember, if you don't know what the problem is how will you find the answer start there. But it just could be an emotional imbalance. Which could come from low self esteem, unhappiness, or suppressing pass hurt and pain and your body is probably releasing it.

Call/or visit a very close friend, Mom/Grandma/Religious leader at church or synagogue.
This is no joking matter.
Don't be afraid to seek professional help. If the person is so sad as to think of harming self or some one else, seek medical help immediately.
Some reasons a person would be so sad; death of a loved one/friend, break up w/significant other, post par-tum depression, loss of job/home/bankruptcy, Depression and Bi-polar Disorder.

Talk to people. Go out into public and talk. If you are still bawling in public or the company of others someone will get you the help you need. You will be ok. Big hugs to you. Sometimes life just hurts but then sometimes it feels great. It is a series of unmanagable events. Blessings to you.

lately, i allow myself to have a good cry, then when i have stopped, i "get a grip" and realize "it" is out of my system------- whatever the problem, then I figure out either I let the subject pass or work on how i can make it better so that it doesn't rule my life anymore. after all, Life IS TOO short to dwell on issues we can't change.
we can turn all things around that aren't right with us!
God Bless everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only time I cry a lot is when something MAJOR happens, like my parents have a huge fight. When this happens, I go up to my bedroom and hold my cat in my lap, which makes me feel a lot better.

Go some place where no one can see me cry and ball my eyes out into a pillow or something. Then recover and act like nothing happened, I don't like people asking why I'm upset.

I just go with it. It's sometimes the bodies way of releasing stress, and strange as it sounds, when your Mama used to say sometimes you just need to sit down and have a good cry, she was right.
