Go to CONTROL PANEL - open INTERNET OPTION - click DELETE COOKIES and then click OK. I hope it helps!

There are ways you can do this...
First, clear the cookies using your browser. If your using IE 7, open the browser and goto Tools -> Options. Under the General tab, then click on the "Delete" button under the "Browsing History". In IE 6 or older, it should have a similar button to delete the cookies.
If your using Firefox, goto Tools -> Options, then on the Privacy tab, click on "Show Cookies" and you can delete the cookies from there.
Second thing you could do is, use the "Disk Cleanup" of windows to delete your IE cookies (IE only not other browsers) and at the same time, it help clear some clutter on your hard disk.

Tools>Internet Options>Delete History then Delete cookies or in another way go the document and setting in local drive C:
in that select the user in that select you will find Cookies folder then select the and delete it
