maybe give her other bathroom supplies along with it so it doesn't seem so obvious haha
shampoo/conditioner, lotion, bath bubbles or something like that, candles...stuff like that =)

yeah, it would be rude. it's her birthday... she'll want to be happy, and a present like that is a little too obvious.
but i agree with the answer above me. get her bath salts, foam, oils, bubbles, ect, and throw in the tounge scraper. much less obvious.
