Make exercise, weight control and diet a part of your program. Aerobic exercise conditions the cardiovascular system so that blood pressure is reduced. Too high a weight means too high a blood pressure and reducing your weight. Decreasing the salt, fat, and cholesterol in your diet and increasing the potassium and calcium will help.

Root cause of Low B.P. : low blood pressure is caused by the over functioning of Pancreas which reduces the sugar-glucose level in the blood; in turn the level of gluscose content in cerebrospinal fluid is also reduced, thereby the supply of energy to vital brain and motor neurons is also reduced. Cosequently, the body becomes weak. It is,therefore, necessary to give extra glucose to the patient by giving him hot tea/coffee, milk with more sugar as an immediate treatment and control Pancreas as a long term cure.
Low Blood Pressure : For long term treatment, it is necessary to,
(1) take treatment on all the endocrine glands, along with Acupressure treatment Point Nos. 4, 22, 23, 25 & 28 on both palms/soles, two minutes on each point, thrice a day.
