Yes I have!

I think sleep talking is just the utterance of speech or the sounds during sleep without awareness of the event. Nobody knows for sure, but children seem to be prone to it, especially if they sleep walk too. Some people carry on whole conversations, while others moan and make unusual sounds.

The tips are:
*make sure the sleep talker gets plenty of sleep every night.

*reduce the stress you have.

*Don't eat heavy food at nights.

*keep to a regular schedule of going to bed and getting up at the same time.

I have done more than talk in my sleep. I've gotten up, walked, moved things, etc. I've never gone out of the house, however. It was worse when I was younger. Once, I was screaming uncontrollably and I had no idea until someone woke me up. Very strange.

Now, as I'm a bit older, I occasionally talk or sit up, but nothing really dramatic anymore.

The people I really feel sorry for are the ones who have that disorder where they eat in their sleep. The things they eat are usually very strange: tubs of butter, bricks of cream cheese, etc. Now that sucks!

I used to talk in my sleep when I was little, but I stopped when I was 8. My dreams were always really strange, so I'd say things like "No! I don't want poop on my head!" it was really funny.

No. People tell me I snore in my sleep but I swear I don't realize. I don't think anybody realizes the fact that they snore in they sleep. My baby daddy snores worse than anybody I know with mouth open and everything, lol.

It seems I have more intelligent conversations with the people in my dreams than I do with most other people I know...

Maybe I should sleep more.

Yeah I shout out full sentences in my sleep. Gotta be careful what I dream of with my hubby lying next to me.
