I want a fast, and stable solution. Which of these is better for the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600

As others have pointed out, the main difference is the SLI ability of the P5N32-E SLI, so that should be the deciding factor.

As for what "Top Contributor" danuitti said, uggh where do I begin. First off, considering the board he suggested, it appears he has no clue what type of setup you are looking at, you are comparing two high end overclocking dual graphics card boards, and he shows you a low end micro sized board. Secondly, he has lost faith in ASUS. Well great for him, now in the real world ASUS is easily the most respected and most trusted manufacturer of motherboards out there, there reputation is second to none. You made a good choice, stick with it.

I'd go for the Asus P5N32-E SLI because it is compatible with nVidia's SLI and it has a 680i chipset compared to Intel's P35. There have been tests that show the superiority of the 680i chipset. Even Maximum PC's dream machine opted for the 680i chipset over Intel's newer P35s. However, if you are planning to upgrade to Intel's Penryn later go for the P5K Deluxe. Although the 680i chipset could possibly also support Penryn.

i believe the main difference between the two is the sli....
with the p5n (32) you will get true 2 x 16x pcie lanes, with the p5k you only get 1 x 16x lane or 2x 8x lanes....
you can double check this to be sure... soooo it pretty much boils down to .... are you using sli or crossfire...
the p5k is designed for ati cards, the p5n is designed for nvidia cards... hit up asus site and check to be sure....

there are a few other differences like supported fsb's and memory speeds... 800 vrs 1066 and 1066 vs 1333 ect
these are all going to play a factor based on the other components.

I've lost faith in ASUS, so I'd get neither. I like BioStar

Read some of the reviews, I'd get the Biostar. You'd have less trouble.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
