Suppose that 1 acre = 4 047 m^2.

22400 acres = 22400*4047 = 90652800 m^2/week
1 week = 7 days
1 day = 24 hours
1 hour = 60 minutes
So, 1 week (=w) is
w = 7*24*60 = 10080 minutes.

So the rate in m^2/min is :
90652800/10080 = 8993.33

22400 acres/week
= 22400/(7*24) acres/hour
= 400/3 acres/ hour (133.33 acres/hr)
= (400/3)4047 m^2/hr
= 539600 m^2/hr
= 539600/60 m^2/min
= 8993.33 m^2 /min
almost 10000 sq yd/min !!!
