this is a four part question:

1: what do you think? Should the college girl have been deported? (she did have exellent grades)

2: What does this do to the statement: all illegals are rapists robbers and thieves? (just one statements made by people against illegals)Disregarding the fact that just being here is a crime. ( I know this.)

3: what does this do to the statement: they only do jobs Americans don't want. (if she's in college she's not after a ditch digging job).

4: Should the college be held libal for haveing an illegal just like an employer is?

By now you all should know where I stand, but I want to know where you stand.
This is refering to the case going on in Arizona right now.
Anyone making a statement in regards to my spelling and punctuation is admitting to being an idiot. You know and acknowledge this.

1. Yes. It is a violation of our laws to be here illegally.

2. I do not know of any group that all fits with. This is an ignorant statement.

3. This is an excuse to allow illegals here. Take the welfare people that sit at home and can work and make them work. Problem solved. Besides, who did the jobs before the illegals did.

4. Yes if they know about it.

5. No idea what case you refer to.

Next time you ask a question about a case, please include a link to a source or give more details.
1. Why would the girl be deported. I APPEARS from the remaining questions she is in the US illegally, but you never actually say that. I think anyone caught in the country illegally should be deported.
2. That is NOT a statement I have every heard from anyone. I have seen actual data showing that illegals commit MORE crimes than the general population, but NEVER a claim that ALL of them commit crimes beyond tax evasion and/or identity fraud.
3. There is no such thing as a job Americans won't do. Even is jobs most commonly identified as such, less than half the workers are illegal. This claim is ONLY made by people who support illegals.
4. There is no difference between a school and an employer in this regard. There should be a method of checking their status that provides the school/employer protection if they comply with the process. If they fail to comply and/or knowingly hire an illegal, they should be held accountable.

Do you want an answer or just a chance to call people idiots. I will admit I must be an idiot because i need someone to explain to me how your bad punctuation makes someone else an idiot. Of course the good part is that it's not important whether or not you think I am an idiot
