Is there ANY way at all to access a specific webpage that has been removed since you last saw it? Or any way to retrieve something you've typed into a form? Would it be accessible in my temporary internet files, or something like that?

Please help!

As I understand your question, you want to go to a website that is no longer an active website, i.e. it's been taken off the internet by the site owner.
If this is your question, then no there is no way to view or interact with a site that isn't there.

If you have set up your browser to delete frequently your history and cache you wont be able to recover any deleted web page. If you're lucky enough to recover it from your History, save it with "save as..." under file tab
