For me...it is almost an unexplainable and indescribable feeling! They just have all the personality traits that you are looking for. They are loving, kind, understanding, sincere, loyal, honest, dependable, smart, funny...they are all the things that you are and all of the things that you long to be...all rolled into one! They just know you...inside and out and love you anyway...the good stuff and the not so good! They have an unbreakable bond with you and you with them that nothing or no one can ever come between! They are your be all and end all! They ARE your heart and soul...because you are like one with each other! =D

I think if someone touches your heart and soul, they are doing so naturally, there is nothing designed or calculated about it. To affect someone on such a deep level the ingredients that might have helped influence such a reaction will probably include: love … absolute, undiluted, unconditional love … caring, affection, understanding, compassion, thoughtfulness, empathy, concern, tenderness, talent. Talent leads me to things that might touch the heart and soul: a beautiful painting, sculpture, work of art. Music. A scenic landscape. The quiet company of someone while walking on a beach at moonlight, surely that will touch anyone’s heart and soul? So many things, so many possibilities.

By being caring , honest straightforward,, accepting who you are and not what you have in the material sense ; in touch with your innermost feelings and communicating with words and not any words . Through body language you can experience what the person is feeling and actions can speak volumes over any vocal pronounciation. It mean walking in harmony and hand together in a union of kindred spirits and soul mates . It means having understanding and trusting the person despite of shortcomings on both people's parts. It means both people living their lives in self -surrender and selflessness, agapeic love where you love and sacrifice for the sake of all others and not desire to harm or hurt them nor let anyone else .

By sharing many of the same interests, hopes, dreams, and sense of humor that you do, but having enough unique differences to make him/her interesting. This is the kind of person you would have just as much fun with sitting watching TV as discussing world politics. This person also has some kind of mysterious "je ne sais quoi" that draws you in like a magnet. Such people are few and far between, however!

I'm not sure how exactly. I just know it's not the same even if two do the same things. There's just an extra something that makes one more special. It would have to start with respect, care and understanding. The more I get to know him, the more I like him. Then, it just seems to have happened. Somewhere in there, things changed and feelings grew stronger.
I think if the guy just stays the same caring, respectful and uderstanding person he started out as, he just find his way to your heart. Once there, he is there to stay.

every day i volunteer on the Veteran's medical institution a vet or extra beneficial than one vet touches my heart and soul.Plus the Dr.s and nurses and different s that artwork there do a large provider.

They touch my heart by their beliefs, through caring, listening, understanding, being there for you. Cry when you cry and hold you tight to comfort you, be with you when youare sick to help and comfort. LOVE>

i would say by his words and actions!!
if he can touch my soul and love me and understand me,it makes me love him even more!!
he must be honest,caring,intelligent and to always be there for me!
