Jokers and Aces count as 20.

120 for jokers and aces
120 for the royals
456 total

2 Jokers = 2*20 = 40
4Aces = 4*20 = 80
12 royal cards = 12*10 = 120
4*55 = 220 =cards 1-10
Total = 220 +120 +80 +40 =460

119*4=476
