You can't put anything past anyone...it doesn't matter what your religion or color. I don't care what anyone says but Muslims should be watched a bit closer. Not all are terrorists by any means...but there is always that small few. If anyone argues that it's racism..TOO DAMN BAD! They could be locked up like the Japs were during world war 2. Muslims have it made today compared to how it could be. So to keep a closer eye on them is the right thing to do in my mind.

Why should I be? We have a Muslim center just down the street from where I live and they don't bother us. We don't bother them. One runs one of my favorite Afghan restaurants in town. Another is a realtor who owns a house behind mine. The fence between out houses fell down in a storm and he generously offered to put up a new one. A couple of the Muslim women that attend their center are teachers in the public school system and another is a nurse. We have on in our county government and one on the city council. They seem to be no different than anyone else.

I'm not suspicious of every single one; I'm entirely willing to believe that most would be willing to live and let live.
But I don't know how to separate the sheep from the goats.
And I don't think our leaders know how to do it either. And that's a bit frightening.

No more than I am of Christian evangelicals who believe we are fighting a Holy War in the Middle East, starting with George Bush who described the invasion of Iraq as a Crusade, There are nut cases everywhere.

Of course not. Everyone except totally ignorant people should know by now that naturalized Muslims who are now American citizens are in the vast majority extremely loyal to our government and have always been so.
Also keep in mind that prior to 9-11, and since then, the only acts of terrorism (Oklahoma City, bombed abortion clinics, bombed churches, snipers, etc.) were done by white Christians.
If I were you, I'd worry way more about lunatic right-wing groups or loopy lefties than about American Muslims, by a LONG shot

Since most of them do not condemn the actions of the bombers and suicide bombers, makes me suspicious and I bet many others too.
If they were marching and calling down their Religious brothers actions, I think most Americans would accept them more readily.
The old saying is, " actions speak louder than words."
Well, they have no words and their actions make me wonder.

Yep. Millions of muslims have declared war on the US and my way of life. I do not know who the good guys and the bad guys are. If I see a group of muslims speaking a language not English in an area that could be attacked, I will watch them. It is no different than a group of bald white men. I would feel the same way if I lived during WW2 and there were Japanese around.

I'm cautious, yes.
But that doesn't mean I'd not befriend one. Just a long as they love America, support our troops, and denounce Islamofascism.
But be a good liberal, and go ahead and sue me for racism and Islamophobia, even though I'm looking out for my country.

I'm afraid of anyone of any religion who's an extremist. Other wise they are just people being controlled by a myth created to control them and they are harmless.
