I got one on my hip and it tickled everytime he went to touch me..it hardly hurt.

I'm not sure. I'm planning on getting a tattoo today!! I think I want it on my wrist or on the top of my foot. I know both places is going to hurt.

A fleshy area, the more flesh the more of a 'cushion' provided for the needle (butt cheek, arm, boob, etc.). I have one on my arm & one on my ankle, I didn't think either hurt that bad but I have a high threashold for pain. Good luck!

i have 2, and they hurt least where there is less flesh and fat. one is on my right ring ringer, for my hub.
