You mean U.S. history?
if that is the case, you can put pictures involving World War II, U.S. presidents (george washington, abraham lincoln, john f kennedy, etc), Korean War, Vietnam War, Civil War, the U.S. map, the statue of liberty, American flag, Lewis and Clark, George W. Bush, Iraq War, any American city, American cars, World War I, Congress, Speaker of the House, blah blah... the list goes on
basically just add pictures that relate to America and its history

Well let's see...
It really depends on what you're interested in.
If you are interested inpossibly U.S. Gov, you could do some research and print out pictures. It would also look really cool if you put pictures and infromation of states insode the U.S.
The best advice I can give you is to just put what you like and BE CREATIVE but precise with your info. :]
hope that helps.
