Can a shock from 120 volts of DC current kill you?

No. There is simply no adequate voltage there to kill. You are 15k ohms in resistance and it takes at least 15ma to kill a weakened person.

It takes much more DC to kill than AC. That's why electric chairs always use AC

depending on the amps. it has been reported that people have died from a shock of 1 amp..... an electric fence charger puts out around 35000 volts with no amps. that is why it will shock the animals but not kill them.
