How much would all this cost:

With the additional Flamingo Pink color.
The actual laptop!
Internet access (6.0)
Microsoft Word (not the latest version)

Also, how much does the webcam come if you ask for it to be installed in the computer? PLEASE let me know if there's anything important i'm forgetting. I have to pay for this with my own money (i'm young), and I want to know how much in total it will cost. =) Please & thank you!

I don't know for a fact what the actual computer costs (my parents bought mine), but the extra pink color costs $50 extra. Mine came with the webcam, so I don't think that cost any extra. If you want more information, go to the Dell website for all of the costs.

Well, first of all it will cost roughly $870 for a Dell inspiron with a webcam and internet acess. You will have to buy a wireless router for about $100 and set up a network if you want wireless. Or you can just get dial-up from a company like Verizon. If you just want Microsoft Word, that can cost up to $100. It is cheaper just to buy a package deal for the same price with the newest Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. All this will add up pretty quickly, not to mention with tax, so I just say you go with a cheaper laptop. Try a Compaq or an Acer. And if you have to have it pink, buy a pick cover to put over it. That can save you around $300.

For the definitive answer, if your heart is set on the Dell, go directly to Dell - either e-mail or phone. A sales rep will be glad to talk to you and tell you how much it will cost and give you all options.

I have two Dells - both came with what I wanted installed and were good to go upon arrival. I feel I got a good price.
