We are looking for someplace to go next March (the week after Easter). A city in the US or somewhere in the Caribbean, preferably. We would like somewhere that won't be too cold or snowy, or TOO expensive.

San Francisco is a nice place to visit. The weather is relatively nice all year round, and there is plenty to do there. If you shop on www.orbitz.com you can get some discount flight and air packages for only about $600-$1200 per person.
