im 17 and a virgin but i want to do it so bad. im a quiet girl and no one expects me to do anything like "having sex" but i really want to for the simple fact that i want a baby.

Well, having a baby is definetely "no piece of cake." I was 17 when I got pregnant with my first child. It takes a lot of maturity and a lot of help to raise a child at this age. Luckily for me, I had been with the father for a while and he had a great job, especially for being only 19. A baby also cost A LOT! You need to be sure for the babies sake that you can support it emotionally and financially! I would not recommend just going out and having sex just to get pregnant. What about the father? Will he help you support it? Are there any hereditary issues to where later down the road your child may develop a biological disability? There are many issues involved with having a child, I just think you should think long and hard about what you are thinking! You need to also be able to support this child on your own. What about a college education? I can tell you it isn't a carnival ride raising kids and in college, I can only imagine if you do not have a spouse to help you! Please think about your decision long and hard, not only for the sake of the child, but also for your sake! GOOD LUCK!

Get married if you want a baby. I was a virgin until 19 on my wedding night. I'm 20 now and am glad I waited. Sharing your virginity with someone who you'll spend the rest of your life with is the best gift you can give to your future husband. Once it's gone you can't get it back.

no no no no no! i'm a 18 yr. old mother, and once my parents found out i was kicked out of the house, and now struggling to afford my crappy one room aparment. it's hard to pay rent becuase of of spending money on the baby. when i ws 17 i thought the exect same thing, until my life turned upside down. i drop out of high school, now im working at a mcdonald's! trust me you dont want to do this. ur life is going to turn around! its better to be a quiet little girl that know on epays attention to! adopt a puppy, then wait till ur married to have a children. read the bible, i sood of doen that when i wanted a baby instead! gO for the puppy, there lovable adorable, and great friends. if you dont like puppies, get a cat, hamster,a ferret, a anything. and if you dont like all pets, then your not gonna like a baby either!

You are crazy! Get a puppy! You are way to young to have a baby, if you want to have sex then by all means go ahead - just make sure you get the depo shot and buy condoms! No babies yet - trust me the guys dont know what they want at your age - they may say they do but they dont. Just go to college and then consider having a baby

From experience I would get married to someone I truly love first then have a baby. It's much easier. Sex is good with the right person. Word to the wise if you can't wait that long make sure you use protection. Never accept the phrase "I'm clean"

hang on huni, take it slowly, u wanna be careful with your decisions. youre young you dont have to have sex just coz everyone else has, take your time, ive known people who are 20+ and still aint had it but that dont bother them, you have to wait for the right guy, i thought i did but i was wrong my first bf was when i was 15 and he forced me to have sex and that wasnt very nice it was horrible. im now 19 and i got the perfect bf. but i feel pregnant not long ago, i know some people wont agree with this but i had an abortion, why? because i felt i wasnt ready, i was still at college and i didnt have enough money to support the baby, so it wouldnt be fare on the baby. but it wont be, because i would of got what i wanted, the baby would have nothing. i wopuld like to have baby, but there is so much to consider, but please think through this b4 you make your decision ok. xx

Babies cost a lot money. if you really want one try getting a pet like a puppy first and see how it goes. if you can take care of a puppy with out any help for 1 year or 2 then adopt a baby,

Don't view your virginity as something to get rid of or something that isn't important. It is, that's why guys are always trying to take it from girls. There is intrinsic value in it.
Sex is a powerful thing. It has the power to give life(baby). It has the power to take it away(AIDS). If you're not willing to sacrifice yourself alone for a teenage boy to one of these then don't do it.

Having sex is just fine, but trust me, babies are hard work. I have a niece who thought the same thing, nothing could convince her, until she had a baby and found out that now her life is more complicated than ever, no freedom, no money, no social life, doctors visits, no sleep, etc. Have a serious discussion with people who already have babies. A baby is a lot more responsibility than having a pet, or watching someone elses kids.
