What is my responsibility? The care and feeding of one husband, three cats and one dog. Cleaning the house, washing clothes, ironing, cooking, gardening, and shopping for groceries and clothes. Keeping the house peaceful and smelling nice. Which is not always easy when you have a cat like Pepper,,why just this morning, he attacked his little sister, put his foot on her head and would not let her up....clawed the back of my new dining room chairs,,,and jumped up in the middle of the clean clothes in the basket...I wish he would learn to be more responsible...

I am not responsible for making money for our family...my husband chose to do that, and I let him. he likes me home with Supper ready and the lights and TV or music on, when he comes home tired from work....it works better for us.He saw his brothers coming home to an empty dark house and decided he didn't want that for us. I didn't either. I worked for a little while but old fashioned home life is what we both craved. We don't mind doing without a few material things. Life is better lived simply.

I am not responsible for what goes on in the world. I have finally quite bleeding over it, because I finally have the wisdom to know, I can't do anything...I help where I can, give where I can, and let the younger generation take over. Hopefully they will do better than we did. But I'm afraid war and poverty for large parts of the world, will always be.
