Where is the flasher located on a 1998 Ford Taurus?

My turn signals and hazards don't work sometimes and the problem is getting worse. I purchased one Trident Stant EP34 flasher to replace the old one, but I can't find where it's located.

Get it to work again, and find the flasher by the clicking noise.

Usualy they're under the dash. Left hand side of the steering wheel.

Left hand side, under dash, above steering column. Probably a yellow one

Check the owner's manual.
The power center is usually on the driver's side on top of the fender well.
