can you use gas logs in a wood stove?

I have a small wood stove and have a hard time maintaining putting wood in it all the time to keep the fire going. Can I use something that will keep the fire going for a long time - like gas logs?

You shouldn't mix fuels. If you are going to hook up gas to the stove, don't burn wood in it. Make sure you have proper venting should you use gas.
